Tuition Fee Guidelines:

Smart Education Campus offers a standard package of 3 sessions per week (12 sessions per month). Alternative schedule options are available (see Class Scheduling Section below).

Payment Details:

• All tuition must be paid in advance and in USD.
• The initial payment covers the first 12 sessions.
• After that, a manual invoice is generated for continued enrollment.

Invoice Due Dates:

Ongoing payment dates follow the original registration date.

For sign-ups between the 1sth and the end of the month, the due date will be the 1sth of the following month.

Class Scheduling:

Students must stick to their selected class timing. Changes require coordination with the administration.

Available Schedules:

• 3 Days/Week: Mon–Wed or Thu–Sat
• 5 Days/Week: Mon–Fri
• 6 Days/Week: Mon–Sat
• 2 Days/Week: Any two days from Mon–Wed or Thu–Sat

Students may enroll in more than one schedule, depending on availability.

Class Timings:

• Classes run Monday through Saturday.
• Each session lasts 60 minutes for Academic Subjects.
• 60 Minutes or 30 minutes for Quran classes.
• Late arrivals will not be compensated. For leave must be informed prior.

Smart Education Campus maintains competitive pricing focused on academic value.
Referral Program: Exclusive rewards on references.
Limited-Time Offers: Occasionally available through official social media platforms.

Makeup Sessions:

Makeup classes are only scheduled when a teacher is absent. Prior notice will be given.
Homework Guidelines
Homework will provided and Parents are encouraged to review.

Class Conduct Rules:

• To ensure a focused learning space:
• Only students may join Zoom breakout rooms.
• Webcam and screen sharing are strongly encouraged.
• A quiet and distraction-free environment is required on both sides.

Session & Fee Policies:

• Sessions cannot be transferred to another student or sibling.
• Enrolled students must complete all paid sessions before withdrawal.

Subject Change Guidelines:

• One subject change is allowed per month.
• All previous sessions must be completed before the switch.
• The new subject begins in the next session—no additional trials provided.

Teacher Assignments:

• To uphold instructional quality:
• Teachers may be reassigned when necessary.
• Parents will be consulted in advance and offered a trial with the new teacher.
• Students can request a teacher change with valid reasoning; a one-week transition period applies.

Discontinuing Services:

If a student wishes to withdraw, a written notice must be submitted one month in advance, including a valid reason.
